  • 1.  Can filter out or block PII into SMS

    Hello team, 

    We are using SMS to communicate with patients regarding their next appointments . So agents can include /add any sensitive information in their message body. 

    My question, Is their any way to filter out  (Block or hide) the PII or any sensitive info's from the message body ? like either the SMS will not be send out or just hide the PII info's once delivered to the other end ?

    Any thoughts is appreciate ?

    On the outbound, no. The only thing that is automatically masked is the credit card number.  Now the new transcription and recording redaction/masking feature would keep it from being seen after the fact, but not in real-time.

    For future consideration we are actively developing https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/SPC-I-10 which will allow customers to define and apply regular expressions to digital channels.
