Hi everyone,
I'm currently working on an integration between Genesys Cloud and LINE Messenger.
I've tried sending LINE stickers from the customer side, but on the agent side (in Genesys Cloud), the sticker appears to be converted into an emoji or just a placeholder character, not as an actual image or recognizable sticker.
Is there a way to properly receive and display LINE stickers in Genesys Cloud? Or does it require custom handling via webhook or additional processing?
Any suggestions or experience would be greatly appreciated.
