  • 1.  Can the View Edit Mode button in the Person Details be removed?

    I notice there a permission called General -> Employee that allows user to edit their profile that comes with the employee roles but it doesn't look like it removed the Edit Button when using another role like Communicate - User. Did some additional testing and removing these permission and other profile ones causes issue where the account can't log into the cloud anymore. Not sure if this is a default option that can't be disable in general or there anyway to remove it.

    Can you check what are the permissions you have in agent/customer role regarding "directory edit" as shown below?

    When I have a copy of the communicate user role assigned to the test account it has the Directory -> User -> View checked but removing it doesn't allow the user to log into the cloud again.

    For the momment you can not restrict these changes

    Its under PM Review, but not date soon unfortunatelly

    If its impacting you , i suggest to contact your AE  / CSM in order to pass this info internally and prioritze regarding impact
