Thank you Sven, for the moment the two sites are already in production, each site with its local SIP Trunk and phones connected
My question will be: if I put all the Edges of both sites into a single Edge Group, does will impact the Trunks (external and webRTC) of sites, dialing rules, and incoming routes ?
Thank you

I think George explained this earlier. All edges have to be in one edge group to have the ability to dial extensions between sites connected to different edges. We use one edge group world-wide, so we have extension calling between Hong Kong and Vienna, for example.
You'll probably want to define some kind of extension numbering standard for the different sites.

Hello,
We have customer with two sites on the same Purecloud Organization, each site with Edge Group, however the users from site1 cannot call users from site2 (and vice versa) either thourgh internal calling or through thier DID numbers
I find this in Purecloud help saying that is not possible: "....Edges in one Edge group cannot communicate to Edges in another Edge group...."
But customer want to allow the users on each site to call each other
Please let me know if someone have any idea of how to make this possible ?
Thank you in advance
