I was curious if there was such a way when assigning new agents to a queue, that they will automatically be deactivated in the queue? My tests show that it sets them activated, even if I removed the activation, remove the agent, and then add them back, it defaults to activated. I know PureConnect there were ways to do this, just curious if Genesys Cloud can perform the same behavior?
