  • 1.  Can you put a hyperlink when we do a mass SMS campaign?

    When we do a mass SMS campaign, we can include a web address in the SMS message, but are we able to hyperlink it?

    Tried to hyperlink it to say "here" versus saying the whole web address, but could not figure it out. Any suggestions?

    Since SMS is primarily just Text, I am guessing Genesys limited what is available in the templates.  On Wednesday, we get the ability to have MMS templates and campaigns, so you might have the ability to do this.  Check back Wednesday morning and see if you get it.  Below is the feature coming.  In case it does not come out, I added an idea:  Ability to have a hyperlink on a word in | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal (aha.io)

    Add media to an Outbound SMS campaign

    Administrators can now use MMS in SMS campaigns. This feature enables outbound administrators to include media with text in the Campaign SMS Template in Canned Responses and then run an SMS campaign with the included media.
