  • 1.  Canned responses - Unable to insert new ones

    Hey All,

    Ive created a bunch of new canned responses and added them to a library, but when I try them out on a new email iinteraction I cannot insert them - the preview doesn't show and the insert arrow isn't there...

    See the screenshot...

    It's like Cloud cannot interepret the canned responses in the library to insert them...

    Any suggestions?

    Are you sure those are canned responses?  They look to me as if they are Email Campaign responses.  Canned Responses should have a circle with a letter before each title.

    Hey Robert, 

    You are correct...  My colleague created the wrong types and I had not noticed!

    Begs the question though - why are campaign emails available as a canned response when you cannot use them?
