  • 1.  Cannot display Outbound.Campaign Name in the Script for some agents !!

    Hi,

    I have issue with displaying the name of current Outbound Campain on the Script Agent for some users

    I set the variable "Outbound.Campaign Name" on the Script Agent in order to display the current campaign for the agent but they got "Campaign unvailable" display

    However, when I try with my profile (having Master Admin role) it works fine

    Any idea about this issue ? do we require a specific role or permission in order to display the current campaign name on the Script ?

    Did you give the agents the Outbound Agent role?  I know that if you don't have this: Outbound  Campaign  View, they may not be able to search or show Campaign information.

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for your reply, it is fixed now, I add permission "Outbound > Campaign>Search" to the agent's role and then it works fine
