  • 1.  Cannot find custom agent attributes in the Interaction details view

    Hi,

    For an incoming call, we cannot find the custom agent attributes (variables through script) in the interaction detail view. we can see only the attributes attached to the "customer" but not the attributes attached to the agent when he use Script.

    I tried also through API Get conversation but cannot found them.

    Any idea ?

    I assume by "Custom Agent Attributes", you are referring to variables defined, and updated, in the Script?

    Make sure in the variable definition, you have defined it as an "output".

    Hi Paul, thanks for your feedback, it works, I have to set also the input variable in the Architect to "No value" in order to be attached to the agent participant.
