Cannot select Language Skill in Bulls Eye Routing

    Customer wants to use Bulls Eye routing to remove a language skill after 10 mins. Even though the Help says you can remove language and or skills you can only select skills? Can you help?

    So there is no way in Architect or through the API to remove the Language skill either? I'm trying to see if there are other options?

    There are no APIs to manipulate a conversation that is in the process of being ACD routed.

    If the call is setting in queue. Can I transfer it from a In-Queue Flow or can I change the language in the In-Queue flow or another flow?
