If you happen to have used Knowledge Workbench 1.0 at any point in time, you will require a special upgrade process to get to v2. Let support know you were on v1 and you need product management to help in upgrading to v2. If not, then keep on the support ticket route.

Or is anyone in the Asia Pacific region that may be experiencing the same issue?
We can't seem to access anything that was released on August 24th 2022.
I can confirm every permission available, we also have and have been using Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows and can access the original knowledge workbench but I don't see any new menus or options related to workbench V2 or the support center.
A ticket with support has already been raised but still no fix or acknowledgment that there is an issue. The engineer has even referred me back to this article a couple of times https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/knowledge-workbench-quick-start-guide-v2/
