Hi Julie,
You should have a scroll bar at the bottom of the schedule to allow you navigate along the schedule, you may also be zoomed in on the schedule which allows you to see finer detail, but shows less of the day. You can change this by using the Zoom in and Zoom out icons next to the date selector.
They keyboard arrows are a shortcut to skip forward and backwards days/weeks depending what view you are on
This may also be a good question to ask in the WEM Community if you are still having issues

Why can't I scroll over to see times after 9am?? The keyboard arrow switches days and nothing will let me see the rest of my agents schedules. Someone please help!
