    The following certificate used by the PingFederate server on x will expire in 13 day(s).

          CN of Certificate's Subject DN: CN=*.mypurecloud.com, O="Interactive Intelligence, Inc.", L=Indianapolis, ST=Indiana, C=US
          Expiration Date: Wed Jul 11 07:00:00 CDT 2018
          Type: Digital Signature Verification
          Connection Name: https://apps.mypurecloud.com/

    Upon certificate expiration, PingFederate may fail to process messages that rely upon this certificate. We recommend that you contact the Certificate Authority soon to replace this certificate.

    I am guessing any customer using Ping Federate for SSO will be affected by this.  Where can I get the updated Ping Federate meta-data file for SSO?

    FYI... I called Genesys Customer Care - requested full permission to create a case and awaiting email confirmation.  I will try this route unless someone else has some information regarding this certificate issue.

    I'm not sure how you ended up at https://community.genesys.com from the link they gave you, https://genesyspartner.force.com/customercare/GenesysCommunityLogin 

    I clicked that link and verified that it does go to the Customer Care site login page, not here.

    I do see that the link has "GenesysCommunityLogin" at the end of it, but it is not specifically related to this PureConnect Community.
