We are connecting with Call Recording API - https://api.mypurecloud.com/api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/recordings/ and in the json response we are getting media uri to download the audio recording.

URL to download the media files - https://prod-recording-playback.s3.amazonaws.com

When we are going to download the media file, we are using the certificate imported from the url itself for SSL handshaking but that certificate has validity of 2 weeks only. This is not feasible for us to get that certificate changed on our servers every 2 weeks. So, we need your help to find a workaround here.

Please check this and let us know a way out.

    Thanks

    Hi Manan,

It appears the certificate shown is issued directly to Amazon AWS. Is your application able to trust the root or intermediate CA? If these certs are trusted then any certs issued by the root/intermediate certs should inherit the trust.
