Hi,
The customer has did a mistake by configuring Wrap-up code mappings to set wrap-up code called "callback" as "Contact Uncallable" on the wrap-up code mappings menu instead of be qualified as "Right Party Contact"
hence all this contacts cannot be called again by the system
Is there any way to change them as right contact in order to don't loss them ?
Note that I have already make changes on the Wrap-up Code Mappings to correct this error
