  • 1.  Change/Customize inbound e-mail headers

    Hi guys, I am new to PureCloud world. 

    Need some help over here, I would like to hide or change some of the headers in the e-mail inbound that our agents will receive. 

    Why? Because i do not want my agents to know the customers e-mail. They can see the name but not the e-mail. 

    I tried a few changes in the architect like collecting participant data, updating those data but so far with no success. 

    Anyone had or have that working ?
