    Good morning!

Love these forums as I always have questions and this seems to be monitored very well! Anywho...

I have been working on creating a staffing plan and have been tasked with planning for different service level goals - we are currently operating on 70% in 30. So far I've tested 70/60, 60/20 and 60/60; the problem is, no matter what I change, the staffing required in the schedule doesn't seem to change. From searching other forum posts, I saw that a new forecast/schedule would need to be created after the change - I've done that with all the tests I've conducted thus far.

Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something obvious or if the staffing required is not pulling from the service level goals? I don't know what else it would pull from but that's the only logical thing I can think. Thank you in advance for any help here!

Changing service performance goals in a service goal template, then creating a new forecast and new schedule should produce different staffing requirements. If you are not seeing that, then I would recommend opening a support ticket.
