  • 1.  Channel - Messanger Customer Chat Window

    Dear @Genesys Community  When a chat is transferred to an agent, the customer immediately sees a system-initiated message in the chat window indicating that the agent has joined - even before the agent sends any actual message.

    I had already raised this issue earlier, and the portal update mentioned it would be resolved by mid of this month. However, I am still observing the same behavior.

    Could you please confirm the current status of this fix and let us know if there is an updated timeline?
