Chat still active from directory

    @Zoltan Juricskay, found an interesting issue.  We have permission for video and chat turned off, but if you go into the directory, there are buttons for chat and video.  In the legacy, it would do nothing if you clicked them, but in the New UI, it pops open the chat box.  Case 0003888378
