    ​i need to retrieve chat transcripts from agent to agent chat on chat group from cloud-how is this done if it was one agent to another agent?

    You can only see the history on the agent machines which you can highlight and copy out.  There is no recording of agent to agent conversations - only web chat just like no recording of intercom calls.
