Anyone working with a Citrix environment, Microsoft Edge browser, and Genesys cloud? Are you running into any issues with consistent "agent not responding", calls can't be picked up, views erasing? Cache and cookies are cleared, this works sometimes and other times it doesn't. What has worked for you?
