@Simon Dufour:
You're not alone--additional screenshots, animated GIFs, etc within the Release Notes section itself would always be welcomed. Without that we have to expand the Additional Details section of each Release Note and click on the link(s) to go hunt down the actual change within the related Resource Center articles. Fortunately we have a Genesys Account Management team, and our TAM (shoutout to @Phil Koch) proactively sends out a PPT/PDF deck with additional information (screenshots included where possible) about each upcoming release.
All of this aside, might I suggest submitting your suggestion/request for more details & visuals via the article feedback feature? To do so, scroll to the bottom of the Release Notes and click either Yes or No. Provide your email & feedback there, and the team that curates those Release Notes will see your feedback directly.

Absolutely, would be great if the release notes bulletin have a more detailed or explained information about each one new functionality.
Maybe a simple use case according as applicable.

Subject: Clarity on release notes information
Hi all,
We have a team of around 15 people that read the release notes that genesys share at every week.
We often have discussion around what are the new feature and how it will impact our operation. Most of the time thoses discussions are around how everyone understand the new feature. We have come to the conclusion that the release notes could be more clear.
Are we alone, that thinks that the release notes could be clearer?
We tought that sometimes, including a screen shots of what the feature/implementation/new thing will look like would help us a lot to understand.
thaks all.
