Hi Simon ! Glad you opened a case on this as well ( I see it here in Product Support) - I can't see the docs or updated info here either, nor can I get the API running with my efforts as of yet. I'll try and address the doc issues within the case and hopefully we can find the expected usage of the API there as well. Of course let's keep an eye here in the forums too, I'm interested myself. Touch base with you once I have more info.

Thinking exactly same about release notes.
Looked at 9th Feb which mentioned the API only Custom user attributes yet the More details links to the top of API-Explorer.
I found the Aha link and that also does not give link to actual details, actually points back to release notes.
Still not worked out the APIs added for this change from scanning the api explorer.
A link would save all the extra time looking for it!

I have submitted a idea:
Improving Clarity and Detail in Genesys | Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal
Not sure if it's in the correct category but at least it's there.

Hi Simon,
Sometimes I am completely lost when reading a new release note. For some time now, they have been linking the AHA idea in addition to the knowledge article, but that's sometimes not enough. The AHA idea gives a hint about the intention and the new feature itself, but most linked knowledge base articles are general articles about an entire section of Genesys Cloud, with the new feature hidden somewhere in a lot of text.
I would really appreciate some screenshots or more detailed explanations. Genesys could simply take them directly from the knowledge base article to make things easier to understand. Sometimes a comparison of the old vs. the new version would also be helpful. If you create an idea in the AHA Idea Lab, I will definitely vote for it.

Hi all,
We have a team of around 15 people that read the release notes that genesys share at every week.
We often have discussion around what are the new feature and how it will impact our operation. Most of the time thoses discussions are around how everyone understand the new feature. We have come to the conclusion that the release notes could be more clear.
Are we alone, that thinks that the release notes could be clearer?
We tought that sometimes, including a screen shots of what the feature/implementation/new thing will look like would help us a lot to understand.
thaks all.
