HI All, 

Is there anyway to using GC Fax through Salesforce CTI ?  

The Org is looking to give agent the ability to FAX documents from SF  without switching to GC UI.

Genesys API is missing the ability to get the file location and use that for the fax.  It can only use a document in the document management system, so Salesforce would have to create the document then call the create fax API and then go back and delete the document.  Not really worth it.  Try Programmable Fax from Twilio or other fax vendors out there like srfax or efax.
