If your company migrated from Engage to Cloud, I'm curious what solutions are you using to mimic what used to be available in Engage Analytics. It was robust and allowed for near real-time data mining of all interactions attached data. Whereas in the Cloud, that granularity of data is only available via A3S and operates in a delay. Hoping to gather some great ideas we can test and learn together.
