    Hi Experts , 

    Can any one please help me understand how Cloud Proxy Interface works or should work. Do Genesys mean that the communication between the two separate Edge devices will be done via this or how is it ?

    Any help is appreciated  .

    You are correct.  If there is a firewall between two private networks that is handled by a Proxy, you have to use this setting to that the Edge devices don't attempt direct media to the IP of each Edge and respects the via addresses of the proxy.
