Question 1: The conversation is being recorded as a separate file when the call is being connected and transferred to the consults. Is there a way to record the same file during a client consultation (one agent to another) recording the same file rather than creating a new one?
Question 2: Would you kindly provide me with Co-browse to web messenger documentation? So that I could give to the team so they can begin the migrate from co-browsing to Messenger?
