    Hello Team,

    Question 1: The conversation is being recorded as a separate file when the call is being connected and transferred to the consults. Is there a way to record the same file during a client consultation (one agent to another) recording the same file rather than creating a new one?

    Question 2: Would you kindly provide me with Co-browse to web messenger documentation? So that I could give to the team so they can begin the migrate from co-browsing to Messenger?

    Question 1:  No and you will also get two screen recordings if you have that enabled.  There are many ideas about aggregation of recordings on the Ideas site.  

    Question 2:  I think you are talking about going from Chat to Web Messaging.  See this resource:  Web chat to web messaging migration and impact - Genesys Cloud Resource Center (mypurecloud.com)
