     In the coaching module, can other facilitators w/ appropriate permissions view and add notes to previous coaching sessions that they did not facilitate?

    Haven't tried that personally, but there are specific permissions for this:

    I would assume the user would have to have access to the Interactions View and be part of the division for that interaction/queue/agent
