    Hello ,

    we have implementing cobrowse in genesys , it looks like screen sharing with the security key has established the session, however while sharing when you try to enter something or browse for a longer period of time, the error message "Sharer has left the session" appears and sessio either gets froze or disconnects. 

    Let me know if you come across this issue or how to fix it. Thank you

    Don't want to be a party pooper, but you should probably consider looking at Web Messaging instead of Chat.  The Voice Co-Browse is due out at the end of November.  As for this error, it is probably a timer in the browser for background operations or services.  Check your browser settings.
