  • 1.  Collect caller name from verbal input.

    When setting up a call back feature with in the call flow is it possible to collect the callers name from an audio input(caller stating name).  When using the architect data input are for number inputs only.

     

    Thank you in advance for any suggestions/solutions.

    Sorry, it's not currently possible to collect audio from the caller like that.  What do you want to use it for?  For example you could collect an account #, then use a bridge action to look up their name so you could play "hello John Doe" or insert it into a script input for the agent to see.

    For the purpose of the Callback Option within the flow, currently we just get a number with no name. The clients we service will not be stored in PureCloud .
