Hi Robert.
Really not. I'm using the agentless api to send the message and the 'Yes/No' is included by default in the WhatsApp template.
Anyway, I have solved this:
I can recover the customer answer just looking the Message.Message.body field in the inbound message flow assigned to the Whatsapp phone number.
Thank for your interest!
Daniel

I assume you are using a Digital Bot flow for this? With the Ask for Yes/No, you will send the quick reply to WhatsApp and when the user selects either one, it will take the Yes or No route out of that Ask for Yes/No tool.

Subject: Collect customer answer to a Whatsapp outbound message
Dear Community.
I'm using the agentless api to send an outbound whatsapp message. This is working fine and the WhatsApp messages is received in my phone.
In the approved template I have included a quick reply buttons (Yes / No).
My question is: What I must do to collect the customer selection of this quick reply?
Have I to create an inbound messaging flow and route the whatsapp number to this flow? If the answer is yes, What I have to do in the flow to recover the customer answer?
Thanks,
Daniel
