    Hi,

    Is there a way we can collect the IP addresses of our Live Chat visitors? Ideally in Salesforce but I'll settle for Genesys!! LOL

    Hi Laura - recommended approach is to enable Journey Tracking via Messenger: this will expose a Journey Session object within Inbound Message Flow which can include various metadata for the web visit including public ip-address. What is the use-case for this?
