Kindly i need your help as i am facing an issue to find the communication id while using the below API

First of all, you should not be using Chat API's at all.  I would suggest you transition your chat to Web Messaging as soon as you can before Genesys depreciates the chat features and API's.  This then brings a question - if you are using messaging now, you should use the messages API , not the chat.  What is the error you are getting?

so how to get the communication ID in order to send message in this interaction
