This month we have an amazing Rockstar that's been posting with us since early 2025. In that time, they have shown incredible Genesys insights, shared helpful (and friendly) answers, and have jumped into various communities to drop Genesys knowledge. Thank you so much for this, genuinely made my week.

I've always believed the best part of working in this space is that nobody figures it out alone, every tricky config, every "why is this dialer behaving strangely" moment, someone in this community has usually been there before and is willing to share what they learned. Being able to pay that forward, even in small ways, has been one of the most rewarding parts of my Genesys journey.

Huge thanks to everyone who takes the time to ask great questions.  They're often what pushes me to dig deeper myself, and to the team for building a community where this kind of knowledge-sharing actually thrives.

Looking forward to more good discussions ahead.
