    My customer would like to know if the Edge has achieved the max concurrent calls during last month.
    Is it possible and from where?

    @George Ganahl or @Tom Shallon might know, but unless you have the metrics running all the time, I don't think there is a good report for this.   ​​

    OK, I have run the metrics now few days back but I still cannot see the previous information regarding these days.
    I only see the current time metrics all the time.
    Any idea how should I see all the details since the metrics has been running?
