Hello all, 

With the conferencing feature now available for the ACD calls, I would like to understand how it is going to show up in the interaction's timeline in the performance workspace. How do we know the timelines of each participant in the total call journey?

You should see each segment like normal in the Timeline view. I just had an ACD call in my test org and conferenced in another participant.
