  • 1.  Conference Call When Dialing on Behalf of a Queue

    Greetings. Is there a way for agents to conference call when dialing on behalf of a queue? 

    This is a feature our current phone system provides and is very beneficial for agents. They are able to speak with the caller and conference in the third party that is vital for us to resolve their inquiry.

    Get on the ACD Conference Beta and try the API.  It should do kind of what you are looking for after the first call is established:
