    hello,

    We've just implemented WebCallback on a client's website using the following guide: https://developer.genesys.cloud/routing/conversations/creating-scheduled-callbacks#creating-the-callback-data.

    The default script was not embedded in the website code but instead assigned directly to the queues. However, when the callback arrives on the WebCallback queue, the configured script does not display-instead, the default Genesys script appears.

    Do you have any idea why this might be happening? I'm retrieving the callback data from the website code to display it in the agent script, but it's not showing up correctly.
