I don't have a solution for this scenario, but I can describe the situation we are currently facing.
We noticed that within the organization, whenever an agent logs into the Tempo Mobile App, they immediately appear online on the platform. After some testing, we found that this only happens when the login is done via SSO. When logging in directly with a username and password, this behavior does not occur.
In the case we had open with Genesys, we mentioned this issue, and after their evaluation, they informed us that this is expected behavior due to how the SSO services function. At the moment, there is no alternative available to change this behavior.
