You can't disable as far as I know. Why don't you create an Email in Genesys Cloud to use in the configuration? When it comes into an Email flow, you can get this from the body where you can pull out the Email and Email back instructions to the user that they should go to the website.

Our company has a help service desk where all users of the company needs to route their issues and help requests through, Genesys or otherwise. We do not want the general users to use the "Contact Help Center" through the Genesys solution as those emails will be routed to the users who are members of the Genesys Admin role in our Genesys Org. We would like to disable the function in our orgs or have this tool either notify the requester to open a ticket with our service desk or redirect the user to the URL of our service desk. Can we configure our "Contact Help Center" in our Org?
