Thank you Samuel. I was able to solve this issue. The problem was with the CSV file encoding. After converting the CSV to "UTF-8," I can now get Arabic data without any issues.

Subject: contact list with Arabic and English values
Hi Anu,
This maybe down to how the UI is processing the language as Arabic is currently showing as in Beta: Genesys Cloud supported languages
Maybe someone else in the community has come across this before and can provide further information and/or a workaround

Subject: contact list with Arabic and English values
I am looking to understand if Genesys Cloud supports multiple languages in contact list fields. Specifically, I need to upload CSV files containing contact information extracted from different systems, which may include both Arabic and English fields.
Currently, when I upload the CSV files, the Arabic values are replaced with question marks (?). Is there a way to resolve this issue and properly support multilingual fields during the upload process?
Any guidance or solutions would be greatly appreciated!
