Basically, you need to setup Email routing in Genesys Cloud and route the email you setup to a queue. Then have the web form just SMTP the email to that address. Not need to use and API for this since most web forms can use mailto:

We have a customer who want to build a "Contact Us" form on their web page. The form should be send to an ACD queue as an Email so the agent can respond to the customer the way they do with regular email.
