I am trying to configure a contactable time set to stop any calls being made on days that are public holidays in the location being called. I have a list of public holidays and would love to know if there is an easy way of programming a time set to show these as no call times.
This is for ongoing outbound campaigns so would love a "set and forget" solution that would allow me to configure around eight contactable time sets at the start of the year for the full year.
Has anyone come across a way to achieve this result?
