    Users of Content Search,

In a future release, Genesys Cloud will extend the content search look back period from 30 days to 60 days. This enhancement allows users to search for words and phrases in interaction transcripts over a longer period, enabling them to gather more comprehensive insights and generate detailed reports from historical calls. With the new 60-day look back, users can access a broader dataset for their searches.

This update is expected to generally available to all customers in October 2024.

Note: The look back period for interaction metadata, such as topics, categories, sentiment, empathy, and acoustics, will be limited to 18 months. This adjustment ensures the system can efficiently manage and retrieve the expanded transcript data.

    Hey Anik,

Thank you for that info. Were there any feature requests/product ideas that were specifically associated with this new feature? Will this be announce in the Release Notes in October? I would love to keep an eye on this.
