    Thanks I had already read that article but that doesn't really explain what/why/where fully from an InfoSec audit type perspective.  Especially given that the contentsquare domain last I checked wasn't added to the URL white list for firewall changes.

    My experience with care tells me they'll direct me back to the community or the request will bounce around in limbo for weeks and they'll simply copy and paste the same article I've already read 😊

    Hello Vaun, 

     

    I have dug a little deeper with our development support team and the official statement on this is:

     

    In general, user behavior data is collected to help us understand and improve the user experience. This includes pages visited, buttons clicked, dropdowns toggled, etc. No identifying information is collected - no PII (names, emails, etc.), no IP addresses and we don't capture what text is typed into open text fields. We took the most conservative approach possible in terms of data privacy.
