I am struggling through setting up the proposed suggestion to control knowledge in digital bot flows here: Control knowledge behavior in your voice or digital bot flow - Genesys Cloud Resource Center.
I have set this up identically to the documentation on 2 separate bots, and when I go to test it hits the No path after the Decision action but then ends the chat. I added some communication objects to see what the searchResults variable is pulling back and every time Count(Flow.searchResults) > 1 pulls back 0, even when using prompts that have up to 100 articles with that keyword or using the full phrasing that is associated to an article.
It's totally possible I am misinterpreting how this would work or I am missing some additional setup for the variable that collects the searchResults, but I am not sure how to verify what is happening. Does anybody have experience and advice on this suggested handling?
