Hi,
I need to take the conversation ID of a Call offered to the agent.
However this call make an error, so the agent can't answer
I need to take this Conversation ID for the Support

You should be able to use these instructions to get the conversation ID, even if the agent hasn't picked up the interaction: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/get-conversation-id-support/
If for some reason the conversation in question isn't showing up in Performance > Interactions, then you can get the Chrome or Firefox console log to give to Support: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/gather-chrome-console-log/ or https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/gather-firefox-console-log/
