Because the client has developed their own CRM system, they want to automatically add wrapup when using the Embeddable Framework, allowing incoming calls to connect. Currently, when using the api/v2/conversations/{CONVERSATION_ID}, different call scenarios cause incorrect communicationId identification, resulting in failed wrapup. Are there any other ways to find the correct participantId and communicationId?
