Hi Team.

Is possible to get the all the conversations that one trigger execute?

For example, I have a Trigger named "outbound_disconnect" and I want to known all conversation that was disconnect by this trigger o by workflow that this invocate.

Hi @Edward Enrique Herrera , apologies for the delay in actual response for this one, I thought I replied when I converted it from a Library post.

I don't think there is a way to report on the triggers per interaction.  I would recommend raising an Idea for this on the Genesys Cloud Product Ideas Lab
