    Hi all,

    just wanted to check in with those in the know.  With Agent Assist we had to copy the AI generated summary into to the wrap up notes after reviewing them.  Is the same required for a copilot summary?  The interface, having the wrap code, resolution and reason contacted views on the same tab suggest to me you don't, but wanted to make sure.  Are these summaries, resolution and reason contacted details automatically available in the conversation once the interaction is wrapped up?

    If they are, it might be a permission I'm missing, but I can't seem to find them in the UI or in the API explorer.

    Still separate to the notes sadly and still not available post-call.  I also notice Genesys haven't been updating the roadmap calendar too well with some things.  If the roadmap calendar is to be believed, the only copilot thing on the radar going through until Q2 next year is outbound support.  But there are definitely other features being worked on as far as I'm lead to believe and looking at some slides elsewhere :)  Hopefully someone from Genesys can chime in here.  Another one is the summary feedback that copilot agents get.  There doesn't seem to be anywhere to actually view that summary feedback (unless I've missed it).
